Wicked Nā Bad is a boxing event where I designed artwork to promote their 4th boxing event. Their ethos is giving back to the community, helping people stay out of trouble and channelling their energy into something positive.
It was a very big scale up from previous shows, hosting 10 fights on the evening and increasing their audience, creating a strong and engaging marketing design was key for their event.
For the main event they wanted 7 fights to be included in the design. This created some difficulty within the design and the hierarchy of the fighters. The design needed to be formatted to multiple dimensions as this was going to be marketed across multiple billboards, social media platforms, and screens at the events, so it was imperative to make sure it was a layout that was transferrable between the dimensions whilst keeping the integrity of the design.
Along with the main event, an undercard fight was needed and individual fight cards to be posted across social media.
The fighter cards remained consistent with the rest of the designs to ensure the fluent visualisation of the event.
